I ordered a custom Pool/Dining table on November 23rd we have already paid $2051 so far.
After I had ordered the table I wanted to change the pocket style. So I tryed to get in contact with the company for 1 week everyday. I became extremely suspicious. If I could not contact them to change my pocket style what would it be like if I had a warranty issue. So I decided to cancel my order. I tried repeatedly to contact this company to cancel my order with no success.
I have tried every day Monday thru Friday to talk to someone, with no success. I have now e-mailed them as well as filing a report with the Better Business Bureau in Southern Colorado.
It has been 1 1/2 months with absolutely no contact with the company. Every month my account is being debited $187.
All I want is to cancel my order with a full refund. It has been 44 days of daily phone calls and e-mails. I want to cancel my order, get my refund and cancel the monthly debit help!
