Provided a non-targeted list of major company public figures and when asked for more detailed list, was not able to be reached

I wonder if they use the same list for everyone. We bought 2000 names and most of the list was filled with public figures from Fortune 500 Microsoft, AT&T, etc. We were looking for mid-sized firms so when we asked for a re-do, they kept bait and switching us to different people who each promised to resolve within X amount of time. They have this down and are professional at making you think they are legit.
