Buyers beware!
I recently purchased music from this company and after paying for my selections, I was sent my 5 Mp3 songs to download.
One of the 5 songs sent was as short as only 11 seconds long. Of course when I found this out I attempted to get in contact w / the online company.
I went back to the website and found a page called "New Age Music Contact Info" page.
On this page it stated "If you have any problems, please email or call. Click here to mail for issues relating to purchasing". Then there was a click on line that took you to an email page for you to type out and press "send" so that your problem would be sent onto the company. The email on this page is "[email protected]".
I of course sent the email forward (3 different times) and received an email reply saying that this email does not exist. This is the same email address that the downloaded Mp3 music was sent from.
Also on this same contact page there is a phone number: 800-845-7991, which I called. As I suspected the phone number is not in service.
Businesses such as this won't stay around that long because once other customers find out their bad business practices, they'll know not to bother w / them.
Lastly, they actually have the nerve to display a related link on the same page entitled "New Age spiritual books". What a joke!
Again - buyers beware!
