I recently signed up for juno.com and i've had nothing but problems. When i tried to log on i kept getting busy signals so i decided to call customer service number but I was placed on hold by the automated system for an 1hour. (This was during the "non-peak time) It doesn't matter what time I call I can never get through so Ive been trying to cancel but I can't get through. I even contacted the help on-line and I had my e-mail forwarded back to me and the on-line cancellation does not work either. The problem that I am going to have is charges to my credit card. I need some help with this crappy situation.
