Did not send the hawaii state quarter, sent two illinois state quarters instead. Will not return my emails or phone calls, get disconnected after 30 min of phone time on hold

I orderd the barack obamma presidential coin collection,
come's with 4 coins. The george washington presidential
coin, the j.F. K half dollar, the illinois state quarter and the hawaii state quarter. They sent me two illionis state quarters and no hawaii quarter. They will not answer or return my repeted call, emails, or letters. Also they doubbled billed my debit card!

I will never use them again!!!
