I'll never purchase from Buy.com again. I requested a 22-inch check for my spouse for Holiday. She popped the present on 12/25, but she didn't really set the check up and connect it in until 12/27. While she did therefore the check had some dead pixels which CAn't be set.
When I purchased it on December 12, and they'll not take it for return because it is past their "14-day RMA" interval.
You can't achieve them by telephone, they delivered mean email ostensibly stating "sorry Charlie", and appear to care less about support following the purchase
