Took money out of credit card, never received product, called once to cancel, but still took money from account Internet

They rpped me off after cancelling membership, took money from account but I never received product, called customer service to cancel membership, then within 8 days, they took more money from account. Fail to refund " shipping and handling" for products I never received. Will give them 10 days send a double refund, since they took money out twice.
