E-Commerce Exchange financial lockin pratice that robs peoples bank accounts with their unfair business practice

I attended a national grant seminar, that was advertised on TV and purchase a website for a small internet business. I later found that the packet and the set up instruction was to hard for me install.

After calling the help desk, I realize that I was not able to get the program install, because of the error messages and the enability to contact the proper help support.

I then tried to cancel the merchant account and was told that it was to late to cancel. The automatic draft continue for four years.

I feel it a company can not deliver a service they should not be allowed to charge for false service.

I believe that other peeople should be warned about the small print, that allows a company to take money for a service they do not provide.

I am tired of the media allowing advertisement for floating rip out company, that kill the dreams of average hard working americans trying to provide a better life for their family.

This needs to stop.
