I received a bill 12/28/02 that had to be paid by 1/5/03 or
they would turn this over to a collection agency. I have never received a bill like this, normally one has to not pay a bill before the get a threat notice. I notified my lawyer and followed his instruction's with a response.in January I received another bill, explaining I used there web site and agreed to pay $4.99 per minute.
My bill was $57.00 and I paid it "Hopefully" to put an end to this. My lawyer is still looking into this, I know my money is gone, and he is not happy that I paid the bill. I just wanted this to go away. The bill came to my wife of 30 years (phone bill) for accessing a porn sight that was never accessed.
Hopefully this will be the last I hear from them. Every dog has their day. They will eventually bill the wrong person, someone with a lot of money and connections. If you need a ball bat I have one you can have... No charge... Just let me know the results (photo's would be nice).
