Gc double charged my credit card 425.00 twice for a total of $850.00 and won't return the money

I had done some minor gaming with them. Never did win enough to withdrawl. One night got online and deposited money with them 4 times.
Transaction 1.100.00
Transaction 2.125.00
Transaction 3.100.00
Transaction 4.100.00

The transactions went thru and posted to my visa debit card as normally would. However, about a week later I got my paycheck direct deposited onto my visa debit card as normal. When I went online to check to see how much was in my visa debit card account my account was missing an additional $425.00. These funds are showing on my account as "Pending Transactions" and the funds are being held. I contacted my bank who in turn told me they could do nothing unless Goldencasino releases the funds back into my account.

I contacted Goldencasino many times online, over the phone and on email.

End of conversation. They closed the chat box on me.

It has now been 72 hours and they still have not released the fund back onto my visa debit card.

The other thing that is complicating things is that I actually did the gambling on November 30th but the VALID transactions didn't post until December 2nd. Now the PENDING FRADULANT CHARGES showed up on December 12th.

I have also contacted cs-helps.com That is the name that appeared on my bank statement for the goldencasino charges. They I guess are the company that processes the transactions for goldencasino. They said they can't do anything until goldencasino releases the funds.

I AM VERY FRUSTERATED HERE. If anyone has any advise on how to get my funds back please let me know. I know, realize and accept the fact that I gambled and lost $425.00 but I did NOT Authorize $425.00 more.
