On Nov. 7, their website said it was under maintenance. After 2 days of trying to log-in, it continually said that the url is invalid. I tried to get a refund from the vendor who processed my credit card and they were trying to contact remotespy.com. It turns out that remotespy.com had to take down their website for legal reasons and their email said that only after they present to the court (on 11/24/08) what their business is all about can they get their website up and running again. I replied back that I still want a refund based on 360 days of unlimited access that they advertised, and due to the fact that I had already purchased a different software. I had only had this for 4 months. They came up with all these excuses about how to calculate the refund, about how I wasn't responding to their emails, etc. To slow down the process and to give them time to get the website back up and running. Finally after Plimus.com reminded them about not responding to the open ticket, they email back saying that I can now use the website which is up and running. Because I was so frustrated, I logged back in on 12/5/08 to to check the reports. I've been logging back in about 1x a day until 12/8/08 (3 days) to compare the reports on their site and my new software, and that's about it.in the meantime, I told them I still want a refund. Now, they're refusing to refund saying that because I was still using the software, they refuse to give me my refund back.?!?!?!?!? I think this company is very slimy and sneaky. Please put a big black mark against them for their un-businesslike behavior.
