In March of I exposed my very own business and happily put an order at www.carolinapens.com for individualized highlighters/pencils for my new company. Per month approved by and hadn't obtained my purchase (but my charge card was billed). I named Carolina Pen & Pen more than five occasions inside a week - no body responded.
3 months later, I had been ready to obtain in touch with somebody in the organization and explained to email my info once more. I sent 'Linda' my purchase specifics but never received my products.in a nutshell, it's been more than 2 yrs since I have put my purchase with Carolina Pen & Pen and also have NOT gotten any answers. Numerous efforts have now been designed to contact the organization.
A BBB complaint was submitted but based on the Agency, Carolina Pen & Pen has more than 60 unanswered issues.
