Violated, victomized, disapointed, saddened to have been ripped off!

First the shipping date changed 2 times, the phone # got changed, but because they were still taking money from our account, they sent us the new #. Once we stopped payment, the # changed again!!! From feb. july. 07
they told us we had to make so many payments before "Dell" would send the customized pc to our home, then the new excuse was the shipping dates etc...
