For years IBM aka Lenovo have been defrauding customers on warranty service by starting the warranty clock long before the customer ever gets their machine.in fact, IBM/Lenovo purposely runs the clock down my starting coverage as soon as the box leaves the factory in china.

In addition, IBM/Lenovo entitlement denies coverage to all machines purchased on ebay, even though these warranties are transferable.in addition to hiring hundreds of illegal immigrants in Atlanta, many of whom cannot speak English... The company maliciously denies warranty coverage and will not follow their own terms and conditions on their warranty.

Keep in mind IBM already demands funds to simply get the operating system disks that they refuse to ship with new machines and routinely coerces the customer to attempt to fix the machines themselves with a little coaching on the phone.
