I had a bug in my hard drive causing many problems. An anti virus program kept getting pop ups that claimed their service would solve all my problems for only 9.90! After giving them my debit card number I double checked my card balance & found a 39.90 debit charge. I called their number, got a recording sending me back to their web site [which I can no longer access ], & there's no one home! I've been had! Since then I've been able to download a legitimate program that works.
I never downloaded their program - if their ever was a program!
