They enter in my laptop because the virus program was expired and offer me the program, and then Ithough this company must be Microsoft, but later desapear the program from my laptop My bank told me is outside US

That company or person enter to my laptop, because the virus program I Had was expired and offer my the program and because they was in my laptop. I believed
this must be a company that I can trust. I fill up the order for $99.90, they sent me and email with the confirmation number to star the program... I did't... The program was working... But the program suddenly I can't find in the laptop the program disappear from the laptop
