They call you up and hook you in with a 30-day free trial, but they don't disclose that after the 30 days, if you decide to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee of $30. Their excuse is that the fee is disclosed in their welcome package, which it is (in small print in the back), and of course I only noticed it once I called a complained about the erroneous charges.
Sure that covers them legally, but its still a Rip-Off, they should disclose ALL charges over the phone when you sign up. And their service really isnt worth the $30 a month they charge. Just take your money and buy a HTML book, dont waste it on this Rip-Off.
