I placed an order for a Sony Camcorder (TRV730) that they list as IN STOCK on their site for $762 but when I placed it, I was told it would not be placed until their representative called to confirm it.
The call I received was merely an excuse to pressure me into purchasing their high-priced accessories that must be bought along with the camcorder to ensure its proper use. I declined all the extras, including the extended warranty and was never sent any type of confirmation email or fax or any other specifics in writing.
The next day I was called back buy them and informed that they had oversold that model of camcorder (even though it is still listed on their site as IN STOCK) and they would have to cancel the order.
This business is very shady and obviously has no intention of selling products at the prices they claim unless they can make the money up in overprices accessories you dont need and they will probably close and reopen under another name soon. They are also one of many sleazy places based out of NYC, so beware of any of these too good to be true prices they shill.
