Basically I bought a draft bridle through this company because they had the exact style I've been looking for in my horse's size, (which is VERY hard to find)! My debit account was charged for the product on November 8th and has yet to be sent to me. I have sent four emails regarding the order, and have called several times.
I haven't been contacted at all, and the money is still missing from my account. I'm really upset, because not only am I out $56, but I still need a bridle for my horse. I'm not sure what steps to take from here, since the company won't get in contact with me. I still want the product, if they have it, but if not I want my money back as soon as possible. Help!!!
