Charged my bank account but did not send the product

Ok, so I ordered this darn product back in AUGUST. A few weeks later I get a postcard in the mail stating that the product was backordered and it would be up to six weeks before the product was shipped. I also was not to be charged until the product shipped. The postcard was also encouraging me to place more orders with the company. Ha. However, I understood the whole backorder problem and was fine with waiting.
Then I was charged on my bank account on September 22nd. Over 3 weeks later no pedi-paws, however, I could just as easily go to the local Walgreens store and purchase it product in hand. When I call the company to find out what happend, and waited on hold over 10 minutes... I'm told that the product was "already shipped" this week, so there was nothing I could do. When I asked why I was CHARGED three weeks before the product was shipped I get an answer that "oh, well, sometimes that happens and we charge you when we process the order" "I can put a note in here to speed up your shipping so you get your product faster" My question was, if the product was "already shipped" how are they going to speed it up??? Of course there is nothing I can do and I am stuck here waiting to see if my pedi-paws ever shows up, let alone if it actually works.
Buyer beware. Just buy it in the store.
