Don't call them and they won't call you!

I kept seeing this deduction on my checking account and called 3 times to find out what it was... Of course I get a polite recording with "press 1, and press 2, etc. They even allow you to leave a voice mail after telling you all representatives are busy and you can check their web site. Yeah right! Something should be done (legally—jail time), for people who get rich off the hard work of others who strive to be fair and just!
