Synaptic-Systems, Inc is doing fradulant business for computer parts on ebay and are the worst company to get responses from. I bought two computer screens from them which were both bad, returned them and they never refunded the money they owed. Since it was more than 30 days, ebay would not do anything.
Avoid this company if you don't want to get ripped off.

If you have been ripped off by these people like I have, then file a police report and give them this information, also contact the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General (Indiana).
