Eading my bank statement, found this company took $11.95 from my account. Cannot get anywhere with phone or the advise they send you to. I know this is a ripoff, saw others have been ripped off by them. I have filed a complaint to the BBB, should hear within 10 days, how do I keep them from taking more money? They took the money on 11/10/08. Should I close my account? I need advise real quick.
