BONZI SOFTWARE Charged my credit card for services? Products not received consumer fraud rip-off

When I recieved my current credit card statement there was a charge on it from "Bonzi Software Inc 8055461955 Ca". I have recieved no products or services from these people. Attempts to contact them by phone have been unsuccessful.
