Broke contract and left me with non-functioning site $2,500 late

I originally hired LM Designing to do an e-commerce site for my business with a 4 week deadline and was told it would be no problem. Not only was the site not done 4 weeks later as I was told it would be, but now it is 4 months later and it is still not done. When I tried to contact the owner, Lisa, about my concerns, she neglected to return any of my emails. Which is their preferred form of communication (thank goodness because now I have proof of everything that transpired). The contract states that for an e-commerce site, they would be payed in 3 increments. To my surprise, they went ahead and deducted the final half all at once upon approval of the rough draft. Now they are payed the entire $2,500 in full and have no incentive whatsoever to finish my site. When I gave them a list of corrections that needed to be made, they emailed me a week later claiming to have fixed all the problems. After checking it for myself, I saw that they hadn't attempted to fix any of it. I have a backend of a website that I am unable to load products or images into past the 100th product. The photos are blurry, and the content I provided them for the information pages were just slapped on the site the same way I sent it to them in a word document - without any professional layout at all. It doesnt even have all the fields and dropdowns I requested. The last time they contacted me was 2 weeks ago, and since then I have not heard anything from them. Not only do I not have a website, and out the $2,500 I payed them, but I am also out the $2,640 I spent on the advertising that was published 3 weeks ago. They offered to design a landscape page so when people type in my web address from the ad they would at least see my logo and email address to contact me - except they spelled my email address wrong so potential customers couldn't contact me if they tried. When I told them there was a typo, they emailed me telling me it was corrected. Guess what - it wasn't. I wish I had done my homework on this company before I ever signed a contract with them. If you are considering them as a web designer, please learn from my mistakes. And if you have already been burned by them, please don't give up. I'm not interested in them fixing it anymore, now I just want my money back... And I won't stop until I get it.
