Do not buy from igs.com. I tried purchasing a CD-key because of how their site bragged about 15 minute or less delivery. W/i 15 mins. Of placing the order I got a confirmation phone call and 7hours later I still had no cd-key in my hotmail box.
I e-mailed them: no answer.
I called the 800 #: Got sent to an answer machine or placed on hold till "Good bye" automated responce disconnects me.
I tried live chat: The chat support rep kept telling me to check my e-mail account again and again then disconnected me.
I tried live chat again: All of a sudden THEY dont handle cd-key transactions and forwarded me to another sites' live chat that lasted 01:19: 30 because I was on chat hold till 1hr 19mins and 20 seconds. Where they responded "Sabrina: The goods have already send out" and that was it.
By the way they handled their phone system I already knew I was screwed. I checked my inbox AND junk box btw and I dont have hotmail set up to automatically delete anything. I told them to send and resend. Its the same code its not like I'm gona try to go for free cd-key codes.
