Unauthorized Money Taken took money out of my account

I don;t even know how they got my infor. I called the bank and the money was taken out 11-12-08. I did not authorize it. I don;t even know who
Starter Credit Direct is. Please be very careful of money that put info at the bottom of other things and you can't see them or read them.
