Milan Properties owned and operated by Amy Rubenstein and Milan Puscovic Rubenstein has many aliases and LLCs.

They have violated renters rights in all of their buildings and use almost every deceptive practice out there today. They are hard earned Slumlords who have caused illness and death!

It it a horror living in their buildings and they constantly breach contracts left and right and overcharge on rents, evict on the drop of a hat and are notoriuous for Human Rights Violations.

They allow anyone to move in as long as they have the first two months rent and make it very ugly after moving in. Don't expect to have anything fixed and expect for tons of code violations, roaches, termites, and no manager. If u do have a manager in one of their buildings and need anything done or fixed most likely he will end up threatening you with violence or stalking you.

They will change where you send and pay your rent check every other month usually. They do alot of forms of fraud!

Be warned! Don't invest in them! Don't rent from them and save yourself alot of hardship, hassle, sorrow, suffering, and abuse besides being robbed.
