I have read all the complaints aboot this company and they are all true with one exception. Once I discovered thier scam I simply emailed them complaining and threating them with a charge back from my credit card company the charges to my credit card were reversed.
Don't get me wrong I think this company is dispictable and should be shut down. At no point did I ever thing I was spending more than the $9.95 for a SINGLE credit report. The $79.95 was a big surprise. This is no way to run a business. For those of you that need a credit report I have found experian.com to be somewhat reliable but like consumerinfo.com be wary of what your clicking as all these credit report companys have their web sites rigged into luring the consumer into something they dont want.
