The original search that I did prior to signing up, showed results for my desired information. However, the moment that I paid there were no results for the same search. I thought possibly it did not read and clicked on search again. This used up the 2 searches for the day. Further more, I feel taken advantage of when the search was free there were results. After paying none AND there was no contact information on your website, for me to find information. I demanded a full refund.
To date they have charged over $600, under various company names and refuse to refund a single cent.
