My mother in law recieved a bill from alyon on wed, Feb 5 for Premium Web content&adult. This bill was in my father in laws name. Only thing wrong with this is my Father in law has beeen deceased for 5 years.
This bill was in the amount of $624.86. After numerous phone calls to Alyons "Customer Service" I have yet to resolve this. Would appreciate any input as to my next step.
