OK—I filed my first report without thoroughly reading thru a lot of the posts. Let me back up a minute and tell you what these scuzballs have done to an 80 year old woman. My mother in law recieved a bill for $624 for Premium web content adult. The bill was in my father in laws name who has been deceased for 5 years.
Now, on the invoice she recieved was a customer telephone number (supposedly ours). This phone number belongs to some people in a town 80 miles from here. I have tried and tried to talk to Alyon and they wont tell me how my deceased father in laws name got put on a bill for adult services and how it got sent here to a completely different phone number.
All im getting double talk and BS. Well folks, the BS stops now. I have contacted the Atty General in Little Rock, my local Police Dept and tomorrow will contact a statewide TV station with a strong consumer advocate group.
This sweet, loving old woman is absolutely wringing her hands with worry. I will take every step necessary to protect her and my family. Oh, and thanks to all who put the file name in your posts. I looked, thankfully its not there.
Thank you all for a lot of info i didnt have. Lets shut these bastards down.
