I was contacting by this company, WebPros Local Listing. They told me they could get my website listed on the 1st page of local searches for google, yahoo and many others. Unfortunately, things went from bad to worse with them. To begin with, they entered and process the name of my company incorrectly. Then my placement on search engines like yahoo went from page 1 or 2 to page 6, still with the incorrect company name. Then I totally disappeared on the google local search. I had talked repetedly to Laura, who owns the company. She said she would straigthen things out. Nothing has been corrected. I told her I should not be charged for any of this. She said she would take care of this. She has not. I still am getting charges on the credit card. To make matter worse, the company she used to solicit me, used my credit card number to sign me up to other companies. Because I lost key placement on the internet local search, I am lossing business. The internet local search was my number 1 way of attracking new clients. Laura also do not return phone calls, numerous calls had to be made on my part to contact her and speak with her. When I spoke with her, she did not seem particularly concern about fixing the problems. It has been nothing but a head ache trying to deal with Laura and WebPros. They have not followed through on any thing they said they would and continue to charge me for fraudulant services.
