Unreal! I phoned Best Buy located in Tauton, MA. I had one simple question of the person that answers the phone, can you please provide pricing of a 18 inch cf, Top-freezer refrigerator. The clerk ask me what's the item number. Again I explained I need your cost of your 18 cub foot refrigerator, freezer top. After explain this 2 different times, I gave up.in an angry reply I told the clerk 'I bet you are making the big bucks'.
I don't understand it. A Best Buy employee could not grasp that I was simply calling to get a price. If Circuit City goes out of business, don't be surprised when someone goes postal in BestBuy.
