Runtime computers (runtimecc.com) ripped my brother and I off (my Christmas Present) After returning a wrong video card that was order from them, Runtimecc.com said the market value has dropped, (in less than a weeks time) on the part that was still sealed in the static bag unused. Runtimecc.com kept $80.00 of $128.00 my brothers and my money 2/3 rd's of the total price, and then they turned around and resold the part again (or said that did) knowing full well the matter wasnt resolved.
Runtime computers said that the price dropped, but their advertisement (On Pricewatch.com) didnt reflect said changes till after I informed them almost a 3 days later. (I have a copy of the page that I mailed to myself to prove the date) I sent a letter to Pricewatch and said: I seriously hope that you will not let it scam continue unabated with Runtime computers, I still havent heard back from them and its been a week, so Im going to let millions know what Runtime computers did to me, thru Websites like this, BBS and Newsgroups,
Im also getting a phone book for the area in which they reside and call all the business and most of the population surrounding the area, after filing a report with the district Attn office, Im also going to send letter to the stock holder of the company letting then know of the business practices they partake in, it will take time, but that something I have plenty of.
Neither my brother nor I have ever had any problems (of the hundreds purchases made thru Pricewatch to date) in the past with any of the companies that advertise thru your website and still have not found any other businesses that practice such rules as fair market value returns like Runtime computers. (Or would at least negotiate in some way) Is it convenient that they are the sole determinates of said value?
I just wanted to let EVERYONE know about them. Let me also add that I'm disabled and have unlimited time to pursue this. I will do this forever or until I get my money back. There is no way that they can justify keeping $80.00 dollars of our money for a returned part that has never been used.
I even try to barter the remaining price for a different computer part with Runtimecc.com (i.E. A modem I need) and they said NO! And laughed at me when I said that I wouldnt keep letting them do this to other people, (that laugh just set my resolve in stone!!!) I will go thru any and all recourses to stop this from happening to anyone else. I hope that you reply to me soon and let me know what youre going to Runtime Computers Corp. This matter is not closed!!!
