Never bought anything Online but this looked good and I wanted access to East Coast (NY) stations for sports programing. Took a chance and bought on the 4th of July. It actually worked a couple times, though it was far from what they advertise. I recently tried to use it and all I get now is this:

The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x7813461a.
There is no customer support, I tried to contact them 3 times when they actually had a page. Now they don't even have that, just "HTTP ERROR 404" when you click SUPPORT.
It's not about the money, it's about the fact that they can do it to me and get away with it. How many others have they stiffed? Probably 1000's. Lot's of money and no ACCOUNTABILITY! F these MF's. I'll fight this until I get my service or my money back. Anybody that feels the same?
