Cancellation for subscription does not work

I have cancelled my subscription with pay-esite-mem.com about 3 months ago and i am still being charged, i also emailed to get help about the matter about a month ago with no response. I have so far been charged hundreds of dollars for a subscription i do not have. I have tried going onto the website to find why i am being charged but there is no record of my subscription yet i am still being charged!!!
