Charged twice without permission Internet

I have been charged twice now for something which was advertised as free the amount is now 42 or $89. I have tried to find this company to demand a refund but i cannot find them anywhere on the internet.

Does anyone know how to find them or what i can do to get my money back? I'm simply not prepared to accept losing my money
