I contracted LM Designing to design a website with data capture fields. They designed the website and did a very good job. But they could never make the data capture work. They worked on it for a 2 month period and still could not get it to work.
I contacted them to ask for a 50% refund. I felt like they did a good job on the website and I didnt feel like i deserved a 100% refund. The thing that did not work is the data capture, which is the most important thing on my website.
The company then got very angry, defensive, and rude, and refused to issue me a refund. They were very hostile.
I again stated why i felt I deserved a refund, that they had been working on my website for four months and were still unable to complete what they were contracted to perform. LM Designing again got very angry and refused to issue a refund because they said they had done everything they were suppose to do.
I have tried everything I could with this company, i am done with them, I want a 50% refund.
