National Imaging is nothing but a big scam artist. Victoria Jean with the company will never let you talk to the owner of this company so you can complain about what she is doing by sending out bogus printer cartridge orders. She claims that our company ordered from her when we never asked for any of these messed up cartridges.
Victoria claims we have an outstanding invoice for an order we never placed with this company along with a gift card that has not been sent to us. She will not track this card to prove we used it because she knows that this never took place. These cartridges will tear your printers up badly. Last year we received an order that we got scammed on. We paid the invoice of over $1000.00 and we had to throw everyone of these cartridges out.
They tape up old recycled cartridges and ship them to companies and they might work for about 2-3 days and then tear your machines up. Don't order from this company, they are scamming the general public business all over the U.S. And then Victoria will harass the business daily for payment of these open invoices.
We will not purchase from them and we will not pay for such a horrible product not to mention the scam that they are using every day. Buyer BEWARE!
