Auction Work At Home
Don't fall for this e-mail scam!

"I found you a new job" is the catchy heading that you may receive in an e-mail. Once you open this mail, there are two links to click, to open a new page that explains how you can make $13.00 average for posting ads for companies that offer items for sale on e-bay. Claim is a lady named Cathy Banks, has made thousands of dollars by posting for sale listings on E-Bay for companies that do not have the time to do this themselves.

It is a home based job that looks like excellent income potential, the more ads you post per day, the more money is made, ads they say takes about 4 minutes each to post, and at $13.00 per ad, paid to you by the actual owner of the merchandise, you can easily top over $400 a day in revenue.

They list a website, www.mrwhiteshoes.com that ranks home based businesses, and gives this one a #1 ranking. Try to find this website tho, and you constantly get a timeout error, and no page will open up.

Next, they tell you this program, giving you access to over 1.200,000 products, that can be listed provides you with a neverending source of work. So, they tell you this is worth over $2,000, but for the one time low, low price of $197.00, you get instant access to the database with all the clients ads that needs posted to E-Bay.

If you try to close the page, they then offer to lower the price to $147.00, then ask for your credit card info, which is on a secured server.

After your info is entered, you are given a temporary username and password, to gain acess to the site, but you then keep getting messages that your user name, and password are not valid.

But, another page comes up, wanting you to enter your credit card information again, supply your e-bay processor number (which they send to you, along with your username and password) which none of this information put on this page, is on a secured server.

I got two timeout messages in spanish trying to load this page, and here is the best part, they give you a 1-877-317-0196 ext. 600 for immediate assistance, when you try using the ext 600, it is not valid.

After an hour of trying to call, and gain access to these pages, I called my credit card company, and am now cancelling payment to them. No e-mail has came from this company, acknowledging my credit card payment, or further information about getting access to these 1.2 million ads, that needs posting on E-Bay for $13.00 per posting. I googled Cathy BAanks after the fact, seems they have been at this for awhile now, avoid this home-dream job come true.
