MaCafee charged an EXPIRED CC/Debit Card without my Approval. Santa Clara California

I have been using McAfee software for nearly 2 years now.

I was sent a notice today saying that my subscription was nearly up. (One month left). I decided to hold off on purchasing "The Total Protection" package because I am in the process of replacing my 8 year old computer.
I knew that my old Credit Card had expired and I assumed that the automatic renewal would not go through.

McAfee went ahead and billed my expired credit card one month early and for some strange reason my Bank accepted the non approved purchase.

I called McAfee directly and spoke with customer service and ask them how they managed to use an expired CC but I was only told that "They apologized" for any problems. The CS rep told me that it would take 3-5 business days for my bank account to show the returned credit.
I still have one month left on my old subscription before it actually expires and while surfing the net today I get a pop up message from McAfee telling me that my subscription was now expired??? McAfee cut off my automatic updates one month early.

It is my opinion that McAfee runs a business that is motivated entirely for money and not to protect their clients as promised. Don't do business with these people as they are out to get your money any way they can and they will tell you that it is to insure you that there won't be any interruption to your updates. This should be my option and not theirs.
