I ordered merchandise from this company on October 4, using online debit card payment. Merchandise was supposed to ship immediately, and arrive within 3-5 business days; it never arrived, yet the payment was deducted from my account.
The site gives an email address for contact—no phone number. They also offer "24 hour" live support, however, their system is OFFLINE, and has been every time I have made an attempt to link to it.in addition, they list their AIM messenger link.
I have emailed them several times with no response, used the AIM method, (again, no response). I contacted my bank and they were able to provide me with a "merchant contact" phone number; it goes directly to a voicemail system, on which I have left several messages, but still no response from them. My bank has reversed the charges on my account, and reimbursed me, but I know everyone may not be that fortunate.
Please be advised that this company/website is unreliable, and made an attempt to rip me off-I'm just betting I'm not the only one.
