No merchandise, no response, no patience

I ordered a pair of shoes from this merchant on September 19. I paid on their site using my credit card and was advised the merchandise would arrive in 3-4 weeks.

When I had not received the merchandise after 4 weeks, I called and left 3 or 4 messages in the same week with no reply. I sent as many emails with the same response.

I needed the shoes for a Halloween costume, so I had to scramble at the last minute to find something suitable. Had the item arrived as indicated, I would have had it well in time for Halloween.

I finally initiated a dispute with my credit card company at the end of October. The merchant would not respond to my credit card company either so after 30 days the charge was removed from my account.

Do not buy from this merchant! They are nothing but a pack of thieves.
