WildBlue obtained my services for internet. I set-up a monthly withdraw to be taken out of my credit card balance. The company continously charged my account even though I called and informed them, on several occassions, that my internet was not working. The company continuously charged me. Therefore, I am having a severe amount of difficulty getting my money refunded. The amount of money I paid was for internet that NEVER worked. When calling the company, I was informed that they could see that I have had interrupted service throughout my contract. But, the individual on the line could NOT give me a refund. The refund must go through the corporate office. So, I contacted them and they are very unhelpful and rude. I am currently in the process of fighting them through the BBB. If that does not work, I may seek legal action.
