So this is what happened...
I purchased a wig from this lady and paid extra for overnight shipping, I didn't receive the product until 2 weeks from the initial date of purchase.
Upon receipt of the item, I immediately noticed the item looks absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised, so I called to inform her of this, she began giving me 101 reasons why it may as it is " it's been in a box for 2 weeks, it's probably lost moisture " right off the back BULLS*. I asked is there a way to return it or exchange the item, her response " I don't understand " WTF??? She started arguing with me telling me it's not her fault blah blah blah... I said the measurements I ordered is supposed to fit this wig doesn't, " maybe you should cut off some of your own hair and try it again " was her response.
I then told her I would prefer to exchange the item it will take a few days to get to you as it has to go through customs, this lady had the nerve to tell me " you bought the product online, nothing you buy online is as is when you get it, and maybe next time you should buy from a store located in your country." (that was uncalled for as I wasn't rude to her, well until she got b*hy towards me...)
I got so pissed when she said that... I told her to go F off and I was gonna report her, as all she had to do was say I'm sorry if you aren't satisfied maybe attempted to work something out and just stand behind her product, then I hung up.
She was rude and every time I would ask a question she would play stupid (maybe she is) and not answer the question or say I don't understand, and because she knew I was right she got upset and B*Y.
I hope no one else buys a lace wig from this lady she's a total ripoff!
