JD MARVEL PRODUCTS ripoff I ORDERED WINTER BOOTS 8 weeks ago still haven't received consumer rip-off fraud new jersey

I ordered a pair of fleece lined boots with zippers down both sides, 8weeks to the day i have not received them. They keep running the same add as well as other in our local paper the paper states it is a flyer they have no control over. Who the hell dose? This must be stopped!
