Trying to collect for net zero, which I have not had for a year and was paid up to date. I have no attempts from net zero for this bill. So sending it to collections is ridiculous

They sent me a final notice to collect for net zero. I have not had net zero for a year and was paid up to date. I quit using them for a month before I stopped the draft from my account.net zero has my address and phone number but have not bothered to send me a bill or anything. Just BLAM turn it over to a collections agency. Have had the same phone number for 14 years and have lived here for 5 years. So they could have contacted me if they felt I owed them
