Since following this case from information presented by clients, Designers, and Detective Voncan it has been found that Richard Fleming has done nothing wrong legally or illegally.
On September 23rd Mr. Fleming was cleared of all charges and the court cases were dismissed.
He has been a victim of malicious lies and vindictiveness because of people who have nothing better but to write such garbage.
These people are the villains who couldn't recover the monies they pursued under the thoughtful and conniving scams schemed through their own shrewd and cunning business deceptions.
The court case on 9/23/08 was dismissed by the courts.
The people who need to pay for slander and defammation will be:

(anyone who posted and can be found by pinging back the ip numbers from the isp connection they used for the posting will be notified and questioned as well as asked for the proof they used to account for their statements)
As of 10/7/08 a new case will be developing against all those who provided slander in an illegal manner.
I am now the legal representative of mr. Fleming (jerrod d.S.)
If you notice most of the slander came from 2 people who also at times were found to use alias and anonymous names.

Any further statements written without legitamit documentation will now be pursued with legal ramifications.
