Buyer beware! This person uses GAF (getafreelancer.com) to place bids on projects and fails to deliver. I contracted him to re-design a site back in June and, as requested by him, paid a 50% deposit for said work. He stated project would be compleated within 14 days. Needless to say, it's now October 2 and project still not done. I have been requesting refund for over 2 months and he stated that he would refund $.
I have left messages and he has communicated with me off and on up until 3 weeks ago. When I tried calling his listed web site number, it's a cell phone that is not accepting calls. I had another number for him and this one has been shut down.
Have sent numerous emails and also have him on Yahoo IM (which he is no doubt blocking me) but received no responce.
I have friends in Florida and DO plan to take action to recover funds.
Summary: DO NOT enter into any agreements or solicit work from this guy and above all... DO NOT send him any money.
